Research Methods: We established a clear understanding of the company's mission and values through communication and research. We utilized desk research and netnography to create the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas. Field research involved interviewing business owners, and we conducted Guerrilla testing on the existing website. We finalised the research with a B2B Persona.
Design Process: To sketch out our ideas for the solution, we used the Crazy 8 method to come up with as many ideas as we can individually, to organize and prioritize each idea we used the Design Studio method. Building the lo-fi prototypes for our solution, we kept a close eye on the user flow to ensure everything works as intended and that the layout is easy to comprehend. After creating the lo-fi prototype we tested it, iterated, and created the hi-fi wireframe.
Tools Used: Figma, Wordpress (Divi Plugin and Elementor), Trello, Miro, WooCommerce

Challenges
Challenges
Challenges
Challenge 1: From the start, we had a problem with WordPress because it did not display the menu we created, edited and customized. After trying several methods: including code to overrule WordPress, creating a menu in Divi and resetting the website we made a global header in Divi and built it like a menu.
Challenge 2: We created a carousel using HTML, CSS and JavaScript but the code for the carousel was not recognized by Divi and WordPress so we had to improvise and use the Divi Carousel Lite plugin as well as a Divi Slider Module to create the carousels on the front page.
Challenge 3: We wanted to include Rellax Parallax on a background header image but after testing the Hi-Fi the image was changed to a video, as to engage the user more.

Achievements: With our redesign, we have built a design system and a consistent visual identity for our Client, MonDrink, based on their current branding and the expectations set in the alcohol suppliers' market. Developing their personal brand will help them set themselves as sharks in the Swiss alcohol distribution market.
Improvements: We have increased brand awareness by creating an “About us” page that presents the company’s history, goals and values
Impact: By improving the performance and accessibility of the solution, it allows for an easier navigation experience, resulting in a more pleasurable experience for the user.
